Location and staff

My wife woke up with bed bug bites after the first night. The staff quickly reacted and changed the bedding but the damage was done! The crockery and cutlery was not clean.

Comfort and convenience at affordable prices

Overall in an era where hotel apartments leave out the hotel part, i was really pleased that Abidos provided all the basic requirements, as well a few extra as well as the sweet upgrade. Location is very convenient for anyone planning to visit Mall of The Emirates which is also conveniently connected to a metro station therefore making commute hassle free.

Well this is more of heads up than a complain, since i usually prefer to park my own car, the underground parking isn't very spacious and proved to be a bit of a hassle, especially for people who drive large cars or SUV. So just avoid doing so and have the valet take care of it if possible.

Great location and very comfortable stay for my family and guests. Great karak tea stall around the corner with the Mall of Emirates within walking distance.

Housekeeping was rather poor and forgetful. The kettle in kitchen was broken. Even with request for replacement, it was not made. Wished that items such as clothes detergent or dish soap could have been provided for especially for short term stays.

Nice & Comfortable stay for family with kids

I would like to rate this hotel high due to Cleanliness, Nice location, Nice decoration inside apartments with beatiful oil paints, Good service, Good Wi-Fi, Covered parking at basement. Bathroom / Toilets are found to be clean & properl;y maintained. Different bathing facilities are available (Separate fixed shower at a different location & Hand Shower with Bath-Tub). Excellent roof-top swimming pool with kids-pool facility is appreciated.

Variety of kitchen utensils needs to be improved. More option is needed for proper cooking. Microwave-safe bowels are not available. Basement parking entrance is having restricted entry with room-card swipe machine. But the same was not informed to us before, while delivering the room key. I failed to open the parking gate. I had to go back to reception again to learn the procedure. A pictorial presentation at the perking gate / Card swipe machine would have been very helpful. A mild music at apartment corridor may be introduced.
